Kevin serves as President of Bissell Street and is responsible for directing the firm's investment strategy and capital markets activities. Over his 24-year career in real estate, Kevin has acquired or developed over $4 billion of large-scale multifamily residential, office, retail and mixed-use properties across the major U.S. markets, including projects in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Boston and New York. Kevin has completed joint ventures with some of the nation's largest insurance, asset management and private equity real estate firms.

Prior to forming Bissell Street, Kevin served as President and Chief Investment Officer of The John Buck Company. During his 5-year tenure at JBC, Kevin led the acquisition and development of over $2 billion of multifamily residential, office and mixed-use properties. Previously, Kevin was Chief Investment Officer at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners (formerly Transwestern Investment Company), where he led the investment of over $2 billion in real estate across the U.S. on behalf of Pearlmark's private equity funds during his 15-year tenure at the firm.

Kevin earned his A.B. degree at Brown University and his M.B.A. at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is an active member and former IOPC national council chair of the Urban Land Institute.
