Jack serves as an Investments Analyst, where he researches, underwrites, and performs financial analyses of current and potential investments. He also supports the Asset Management Team by collaborating with clients to provide comprehensive advisory services, offering strategic guidance and insights to optimize their real estate investments. Jack has extensive experience in the valuation of office, retail, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use properties nationwide.

Prior to joining Bissell Street in 2024, Jack was a Valuations Analyst at Partner Valuation Advisors where he was primarily responsible for developing quarterly and transactional based property valuations on behalf of institutional investment funds and private investors.

Jack earned her B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
